Biography
Anine Bing is passionate about her music. She has co-written enough songs to fill several albums.

Although she has been singing since she was a young girl, her first professional successes have been as a fashion model. She was the center of the controversial Ellesse advertising campaign, For Play, that caused a stir, and was banned, in the UK. The authorities considered the billboards featuring the sexy, Danish supermodel too dangerous of a distraction for drivers.

Born in Denmark, she is 1/4 Brazilian. She was very close to her Brazilian grandmother, and feels a close connection to her Brazilian family. At the age of ten, her family moved to Sweden where she quickly learned the language and found lifelong friendships.

When Anine turned 16, she left home and traveled to Milan to seek a career in modeling. She says it was hard to be that young and have to stand on her own without someone to help her. She learned a lot, grew up, and figured out how to take care of herself. Her first job was cleaning toilets. She also worked in a café, pizzeria, and gas station. She didn’t mind working difficult jobs because she was determined to earn enough to remain independent.

Anine Bing has clearly distinguished herself as one of the most promising young models in the world. She’s worked for many catalogues, appearing on the cover of all of them, including Halens, Little Wood, Cellbes, H&M, Bjorn Borg, Speedo, Ellos, deVal, Message, and Salming Sportswear. Her outstanding talent has led to prestigious bookings, gracing the covers of fashion magazines Style, Care, Pause, Café, M!, 944, Vecko Revyn, Solo and FHM. Other magazine appearances include Elle, Cosmopolitan, Slitz, Frida, plaza KVINNA, and Veckans Vimmel. Her Café covers have sold more magazines than any of those featuring other Café cover models, and she has been one of FHM’s Top 100 Models. She was featured on the Unipart calendar, which is second only to the Pirelli calendar.

Anine’s bookings include the extensive Ellesse campaign, the American Crew campaign, and many TV commercial campaigns, including Ellesse, Coca Cola, Speedo, and IKEA.

Anine is the co-host of Klick!, an L.A.-based Hollywood celebrity interview show broadcast on Sweden’s TV7. Her friendship with such diverse celebrities as Edward Norton, movie director Brett Ratner, and guitarist Slash have provided her show with some of the most quirky, intriguing, and personal interviews. She did cameos recently in two music videos by Swedish pop artists, Darrin and Vincent.

Although Anine is experiencing success as a model, her real passion is still music. As a singer/songwriter she loves being able to express her personal experiences and inner thoughts through her music. Many of her songs are inspired by her desire to seek true love, and the many disappointments that come with it.

Anine maintains an extensive Internet presence on sites such as AnineBing.com, MySpace, YouTube, and the Swedish online magazine, finest.se, where both her video and text blogs are followed closely.

Anine resides in Stockholm, Sweden and Los Angeles, California.
