Lori King Junction 63 have been making waves in the music industry since they released these singles. The EP consists of six tracks, and the band has already released five of them.

The first single, It's Been Raining Since You've Gone, was released on May 20, 2022, and it's a perfect blend of catchy melody and heartfelt lyrics. The song was written by Edgar Loudermilk and Kelli Kingrey.

The second single, Between Me and Jolene, features Darin Brooke Aldridge, and it was written by Kim Fox and Brandon Rickman. This track captures the essence of two young girls growing up and the friendship between them.

The third single, Mercy of A Train, is an uptempo, hard-driving love song, and it was penned by Becky Buller and Bill Whyte.

The fourth single, Watching the Corn Grow, is a unique, contemporary number written by Barbara Wilkinson Sonya Wood.

Lastly, the fifth single, Come Unto Me, is a Gospel number written by Kevin Hale. This is the first-ever Gospel release single for the band and features the talented duo, Darin Brooke Aldridge, who lent their beautiful harmonies and Darin's exceptional guitar and mandolin skills to the track. The fiddle playing by Samantha Snyder also adds a special touch to the song. Come Unto Me is a powerful and emotional song that is sure to touch the hearts of listeners. We can't wait for you to hear it!

The recording project, Straight From the Heartland produced by Darin Aldridge features several well-known bluegrass musicians in the studio, including guest artists Sammy Shelor on banjo, Darin Aldridge on mandolin and vocals, Brooke Aldridge singing harmony vocals on a number of songs, and Samantha Snyder on fiddle. In addition to the vocals, Lori also plays bass and Joe King, Lori’s husband, plays guitar. The 6 track EP was recorded with Van Atkins at The Shop Studio.
