“When talent walks through your front door and slaps you in the face…you just can’t ignore it”. That is exactly what happened to me when singer Jaime McCrary started giving my son piano lessons in my living room, and I discovered this incredible singer. After leaving the music business behind I swore I would never join another band, until I heard that voice. We formed Saint Ashbury in February of 2013.

We started out as a songwriting project then quickly evolved into a performing band as the charities we are involved with needed entertainment at their events. A couple of us flirted with fame as we wandered along our life’s path. I must say it was nice to have been standing in the crossroads as we converged, full of life experiences, our priorities similarly focused on family, career, and creating music. That’s not to say we aren’t passionate about music, it is our life’s work. Our shows in 2013 & 2014 were primarily fundraising events in support of the American Cancer Society. In fact we made a decision early on, “ We will always support any worth while charity when asked to perform”. We spent the last year and a half in the recording studio working on our first collection of music titled “Dressing Babies”, a reference to our song writing process.

I describe our sound like this, “Our country friends think we are a rock n roll band, and our rock n roll friends think we are a country band. Throw in a little folk influence and there you have it”.

"Radio Creds" are votes awarded to artists by radio programmers who have downloaded their music and have been impressed with the artist's professionalism and the audience's response to the new music. Creds help artists advance through the AirPlay Direct community.

Only radio accounts may add a Radio Cred. One week after the track has been downloaded the radio account member will receive an email requesting a Cred for each artist they've downloaded.
