AirPlayDirect.com (the “Site”) is owned, produced and operated by AirPlay Direct (“AirPlay Direct”, “our”, “us”, and “we”) and, potentially, in part or in whole, by its parents, subsidiary and affiliate corporations, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as “Companies”). The Site is a music-oriented content and information website that provides a service to musical artists and to record companies on behalf of musical artists (each an “Artist” and collectively “Artists”) to post information regarding themselves as well as musical content owned and/or created by them (the “Services”).

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) details the types of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, or as otherwise defined under applicable Privacy Laws, (“Personal Data”) that we may collect from individuals and Artists (collectively, “you”, and “your”) when you use the Services or interact with the Site or any affiliated third-party website that may contain a link to this Privacy Policy. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any current, updated and new products and services, including the addition of new properties shall be subject to this Privacy Policy, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”).


If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), Canada, or Brazil or if the processing of your data is subject to the laws of a member state of the EEA, UK, Canada, or Brazil, please carefully review the EEA and UK Privacy Rights, Canadian Privacy Rights, and Brazilian Privacy Rights sections below for more information regarding your rights and our activities relating to your Personal Data. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, including our use and disclosure of your Personal Data, please do not use the Services and do not provide us with any Personal Data. However, if you choose to limit the information that you provide to us while using the Site and Services, you may not be able to use or participate in certain features of the Site and Services.


By consenting to this Privacy Policy, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, and consent to our privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy, including our use and disclosure of your Personal Data as described below. 

  1. REVISIONS AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

From time-to-time AirPlay Direct may make changes to our Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to how we treat your Personal Data, we will post a notice for 30 days on the Site and/or notify you by email to make you aware of what the changes are so you will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of this webpage as the “Last Modified Date.” Subsequently consenting and using the Site and Services, constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the Privacy Policy and its revisions and modifications. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting the Site and Privacy Policy to check for any updates. 

  1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

AirPlay Direct collects different types of Personal Data about you while using the Services. We collect this Personal Data in various ways, including: 

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us; 

  • Automatically as you navigate through the Site; and 

  • From third parties. 

a. Personal Data from You Directly

We may collect Personal Data and other information directly from you when you use the Site and Services, including: 

  • name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and age 

b. Personal Data Automatically collected when you use the Site

As is standard practice on many corporate websites, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect data about you when you use the Site. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Site, and for our internal analytics so that we can improve the Site and Services. This information includes the following:

c. Personal Data Received from Third Parties

In some instances, AirPlay Direct may receive Personal Data and/or anonymous data about you from other parties, such as our affiliates, business partners, and service providers. For Personal Data processed based only on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal exceptions. 


a. Cookies

AirPlay Direct uses cookies to store Site visitors' preferences and to record session information, for purposes including ensuring that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements, to customize newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type and user profile information, to help track usage to help us understand which parts of the Site are the most popular, where our visitors are going, and how much time they spend there, to make usage of the Site even more rewarding as well as to study the effectiveness of our customer communications and to customize each visitor’s experience and provide greater convenience.


You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set -- each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences -- however, you must enable cookies from AirPlay Direct in order to use most functions on the Site. Please note that AirPlay Direct allows third party advertisers that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. b. Google Analytics

Visitors to the Site who have JavaScript enabled may be tracked using Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects the following types of data from Site visitors:

• type of web browser used, software manufacture and version number; type of operating system; color processing ability of the users screen; JavaScript support; Flash version; screen resolution; network location and IP address; country, city, state, region, county, or any other geographic data; hostname; bandwidth (internet connection speed); time of visit; pages visited; time spent on each page of the Site; referring website statistics; the website the user came through in order to arrive at the Site; and search engine query used

The Personal Data collected by Google Analytics is primarily used to optimize the Site for you; however, we may also use this data for marketing purposes.

The Personal Data that we automatically collect using Google Analytics is shared with Google. For more information on Google’s Privacy Policies, visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We also use Google Analytics for Display and Search Advertising and, specifically, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, on the Site to help display advertising for products or services that AirPlay Direct thinks may be of interest to you. We will use demographic information we collect through our use of Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting for purposes of performing internal statistical analytics relating to the Site. You can opt-out of receiving interest-based advertisements through the Site, as well as customize the types of advertisements that will be displayed to you through the Site, by following the instructions located at https://support.google.com/ads.  For more information about our use of cookies, please refer to our “Cookie Policy.”

c. Facebook Pixel

We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc. on the Site.  This allows user specific behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the advertiser’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, in other words, we do not see the Personal Data of individual users. This data is stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

  1. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, AirPlay Direct will not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose Personal Data that we collect from the Site or the Services to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, unless stated below or with your consent: 


  • Parent Companies, Subsidiaries, and Affiliates. We may disclose Personal Data about you to our parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

  • Service Providers & Contractors. To help us provide superior service, your Personal Data may be shared with our service providers, contractors, and other third parties we use to support our business and who will safeguard it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Such third parties may help us process information, deliver products to you, manage and enhance customer data, provide customer service, assess your interest in our products and services, or conduct customer research or satisfaction surveys. These third parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep your Personal Data confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. Without such information being made available, it would be difficult for you to purchase products, have products delivered to you, receive customer service, provide us feedback to improve the Services, or access certain services, offers, and content on the Site.

  • Advertising Partners. We may share your Personal Data with third party advertising partners, such as Facebook and Google Display Advertising and Remarketing services. These advertising partners may use first- and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to the Site. You can opt out of these services using the Ads Preferences Manager or you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other services) for purposes of delivering personalized advertisements to you when you visit digital properties within their networks, commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising.”

  • Authorized Representatives. If another individual is managing your account with us which the Site connect to on your behalf (for example, a wife managing the account of her husband), as authorized by you or as a personal representative under applicable law, that person can view all Personal Data about you on the Site.

  • In the Event of Merger, Sale, Divestitures, or Change of Control. AirPlay Direct reserves the right to transfer Personal Data to a buyer or other successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of AirPlay Direct or substantially all of its assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about you is among the assets transferred. 

  • With Your Consent. We may share your data for other purposes pursuant to your consent or at your direction. 

  • Other Disclosures. We may disclose your Personal Data if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) conform to legal requirements and comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government, law enforcement, or regulatory request; (ii) enforce the AirPlay Direct Terms and Conditions, other agreements, including between you and us, and any other documents included or referenced therein (all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Privacy Policy by reference); (iii) fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; (iv) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; or (v) protect against harm to our, your, or third parties’ rights, property, or safety. 


We may share de-identified and/or aggregate analytics with third-party partners about how you interact with the Site and Services, including usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality available through the Site and Services. 

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

  1. CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We strive to provide you with choices regarding how we use the Personal Data you provide to us. Please understand that if you choose not to disclose information to us, it may affect your ability to use some features of the Site and Services. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

a. Cookies

You may stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your device or remove them by setting your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. For more information, please reference the ‘Cookie Policy.’

b. Marketing

If you no longer wish to receive marketing or information emails, you may choose not to by opting-out by contacting us as specified in the Contact Information section below. All notification emails and AirPlay Direct newsletters also include instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future. This opt out does not apply to information provided to us as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
If you do not want us to share your Personal Data with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by contacting us as specified in the Contact Information section below.


c. Advertising

Ads appearing on the Site may be delivered by AirPlay Direct or one of our web advertising partners. Our web advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers only the use of cookies by AirPlay Direct and does not cover the use of cookies by any third-party advertisers.

We and our service providers may use information about your interactions with the Site to predict your interests and select the ads you see on and off the Site. This is known as interest-based advertising. In providing interest-based ads, we follow the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising developed by the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA").  For more information about interest-based advertising and how you can opt out, visit:


d. Do-Not-Track
Many web browsers include a Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that signals your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.  However, there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing the DNT signals.  As such, AirPlay Direct does not monitor or respond to DNT browser requests.  If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, then we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.


  1. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

The Site may contain links to third party websites, online services, mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us – and which may link to other website, services, or applications. Please be aware, AirPlay Direct is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other third-party websites. We do not make any guarantee regarding those third-party website, services, or applications, and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such websites. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. When linking to another website, service, or application, you should read the privacy policy stated on that website. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Site or through the Services.


  1. CHAT ROOMS, PROFILES, MESSAGE BOARDS AND PUBLIC FORUMS

Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information to chat rooms, profiles, message boards, social media, or any other public forum (“Public Forums”), that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.  Any information you provide in Public Forms shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute such information. Please take care and avoid providing us or third parties with any Personal Information through such Public Forums. We cannot control the actions of the providers or the other users of any social media platform or Public Forum and cannot guarantee the privacy and safety of those areas; therefore, we are not responsible for any content or submissions contained on such Public Forums. 


  1. PROMOTION, SWEEPSTAKES, AND CONTESTS

From time to time, AirPlay Direct or our partners may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on the Site. you may be asked to provide Personal Data including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. AirPlay Direct may transfer Personal Data to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the Personal Data and whose privacy statement will apply. You should carefully review the Official Rules of any promotion, sweepstakes, or contest in which you participate, including any option to opt-out of receiving special offers and marketing material by unchecking the appropriate box when registering for such service.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via the Contact Information section below.  


  1. RETENTION PERIOD

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Site and Services, fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, to comply with applicable laws, and for any legitimate and essential business purpose, such as maintaining and improving the Services and Site, making data-driven business decisions about new features and offerings, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and to serve our reasonable interests. No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us to keep your Personal Data for longer than six (6) months past the termination of your account. When Personal Data is no longer needed or legally required, it will be permanently deleted or de-identified so that it can no longer be associated with a specific individual. By default, we process user content associated with your account to provide services to you (for example, securely delivering the Artists’ broadcast-quality music and digital press kits to radio stations and music industry professionals worldwide). After that, if you did not choose to retain that content, we either delete or de-identify it.


  1. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY

AirPlay Direct takes reasonable precautions to secure your Personal Data from and ensure that account information is kept private. AirPlay Direct uses reasonable measures such as encryption to protect private information that is stored within our database against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, and we restrict access to such private information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that AirPlay Direct cannot guarantee the security of account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of your information at any time. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to the Site. Any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on any website. Please consider this before submitting any information to us or through the Site.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. AirPlay Direct accounts are secured when you create your passwords. You are urged to take precautions to protect your Personal Data by changing passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers and using a secure web browser.   1. PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

The Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We operate the Site and Services in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use Personal Data from, anyone under 13 years of age. This requirement is clearly posted during the registration process, as such if you are under 13 do not use or provide any information to the Site and Services. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us as specified in the Contact Information section below and we will promptly remove the information.

  1. CORRECTING/UPDATING OR REMOVING INFORMATION

You may modify or remove any of the Personal Data contained in your Profile at any time by logging into your account and accessing features such as Edit Profile and Account Info.


  1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY 

The Site and data we receive from other sources are hosted in the United States and are governed by United States law. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province/territory, or country where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those where you live. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide Personal Data to us, please be aware that we transfer your Personal Data to the United States and process and store it there. As a result, this Personal Data may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, law enforcement officials and national security authorities in the United States according to its laws. Subject to the applicable laws, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate protections are in place to maintain protections on the Personal Data. By submitting your Personal Data, you consent to having your Personal Data transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.


  1. EEA, UK, BRAZIL PRIVACY RIGHTS

Individuals (“Data Subjects”) in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Brazil have certain privacy rights under Brazilian, EU, and UK law, including the General Data Protection Regulations (the “GDPR”), the UK Data Protection Act 2018., and Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (the “LGPD”). 

 In the event, we collect Personal Data (as defined in the GDPR or LGPD) that is subject to the GDPR or LGPD, this section shall apply. Terms in this section are to be understood in a manner consistent with the GDPR or LGPD including the definitions of such terms in the GDPR or LGPD. Such terms may have a different definition or meaning in other portions of this Privacy Policy because the GDPR may not apply to those sections.

a. Data Controller

AirPlay Direct is the Data Controller. 


b. Processing Purposes and Legal Bases

AirPlay Direct processes your Personal Data for the lawful purposes, and under the legal basis, set forth in the Processing Purposes section above.


c. Onward Transfer

AirPlay Direct will not disclose Personal Data to a third party except as stated below:

We may disclose Personal Data to subcontractors and third-party agents. Before disclosing Personal Data to a subcontractor or third-party agent, we will obtain assurances by contractual agreement from the recipient that it will: (i) transfer such data only for limited and specified purposes; (ii) ascertain that the subcontractor or third-party agent is obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the GDPR; (iii) take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that subcontractors and third-party agents effectively process the Personal Data transferred in a manner consistent with the organization’s obligations under the GDPR; (iv) require subcontractors and third-party agents to notify the organization if it makes a determination that it can no longer meet its obligation to provide the same level of protection as is required by the GDPR; (v) upon notice, including under (iv), take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized processing; and (vi) provide a summary or a representative copy of the relevant privacy provisions of its contract with subcontractors and third-party agents to the Supervisory Authorities upon request.

We also may be required to disclose, and may disclose, Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including for the purpose of meeting national security or law enforcement requirements, or in the event of a merger or acquisition.


d. Rights under the GDPR

Data Subjects have the following privacy rights under the GDPR:


  • Right of Access. You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we process Personal Data from you, and you also have the right to at any time obtain access to your Personal Data stored by us.

  • Right to Rectification. If we process your Personal Data, we use reasonable measures to ensure that your Personal Data is accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which your Personal Data was collected. If your Personal Data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to require us to correct it.

  • Right to Erasure. You may have the right to require us to delete your Personal Data.

  • Right to Restrict Processing. You may have the right to request the restriction or suppression of Personal Data.  

  • Right to Withdraw Consent. If you have given your consent to the processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before the withdrawal.

  • Right to Data Portability. You may have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning you and which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to transmit this data to another controller.

  • Right to Object. You may have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data as further specified in this Privacy Policy and you may have the right to object to decisions being made with your Personal Data based solely on automated decision making or profiling. 

  • Right to Lodge a Complaint with Supervisory Authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority located in the European Union or UK. e. Choices under the GDPR

Data Subjects have the right to opt out of (i) disclosures of their Personal Data to third parties not identified at the time of collection or subsequently authorized, and (ii) uses of Personal Data for purposes materially different from those disclosed at the time of collection or subsequently authorized. Data Subjects who wish to limit the use or disclosure of their Personal Data should submit that request to our Data Protection Officer. We will cooperate with Data Subjects’ instructions regarding Data Subjects’ choices.

h. Transfer to the United States

In using the Site, your Personal Data will be transferred to the United States.  AirPlay Direct relies on your consent or Article 49 of the GDPR for transfers of data collected from Data Subjects in the EEA and UK. Transfers are made to AirPlay Direct only if the Data Subject has explicitly consented to the proposed transfer after having been informed of the possible risks of such transfers. Additionally, we transfer data as necessary for the performance of a contract between you as the Data Subject and AirPlay Direct as the Controller, to data processors who have an agreement with us that includes protecting your privacy and the security of your data, and in cases where your Personal Data is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken in accordance with your requests.


  1. CANADIAN PRIVACY RIGHTS

Individuals in Canada have certain privacy rights under Canadian law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (the “PIPEDA”) and any applicable provincial laws. In the event, we collect Personal Information (as defined in the PIPEDA) that is subject to the PIPEDA, this section shall apply. Terms in this section are to be understood in a manner consistent with the PIPEDA including the definitions of such terms in the PIPEDA. Such terms may have a different definition or meaning in other portions of this Privacy Policy because the PIPEDA may not apply to those sections.


a. PIPEDA Principles

i. Principle 1 – Accountability 

Airplay Direct is accountable for AirPlay Direct’s compliance with the PIPEDA Principles. 


ii. Principle 2 – Identifying Purposes

AirPlay Direct processes your Personal Information for the lawful purposes set forth in the Processing Purposes section above at or before the time of collection.


iii. Principle 3 – Consent

AirPlay Direct uses and discloses your Personal Information, with your consent, for the reasons set forth in the Processing Purposes and Disclosure of Personal Data sections above. 


iv. Principle 4 – Limiting Collection

AirPlay Direct collects the type of Personal Information specified in the Collection of Personal Data section above, which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified in the Processing Purposes section above. 


v. Principle 5 – Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention

AirPlay Direct will retain and destroy your Personal Information as specified in the Retention Period section above.


vi. Principle 6 – Accuracy

Your Personal Information shall be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. For more information about updating your Personal Information, please refer to the Correcting/Updating or Removing Information section above or contact as specified in the Contact Information section below.

viii. Principle 8 – Openness

Individuals have the right to acquire information about AirPlay Direct’s policies and practices with respect to the management of Personal Information. You may request the following information: (i) the name or title, and the address of the person accountable for AirPlay Direct’s policies and practices and to whom complaints or inquiries can be forwarded; (ii) the means of gaining access to Personal Information held by AirPlay Direct; (iii) a description of the type of Personal Information held by AirPlay Direct, including a general account of its use; (iv) a copy of any brochures or other information that explain AirPlay Direct’s policies, standards, or codes; and (v) what Personal Information is made available to related organizations of AirPlay Direct, such as affiliates and subsidiaries. 


ix. Principle 9 – Individual Access

Individuals have the following privacy rights under the PIPEDA:


  • Right of Access. Upon request, AirPlay Direct must inform you whether or not we hold Personal Information about you and the source of this information. You also have the right to request an account of the use that has been made or is being made of your Personal Information and an account of the third parties to which it has been disclosed. 

  • Right to Challenge Accuracy and Completeness. If you have successfully demonstrated the inaccuracy or incompleteness of your Personal Information, we will amend the information as required, and where appropriate, transmit the amended information to third parties with whom we have shared or disclosed the information in question. Depending upon the nature of the Personal Information challenged, we may either correct, delete, or add additional information to the information in question. If we are unable to resolve your challenge to your satisfaction, we will record the substance of the unresolved challenge, and when appropriate, transmit the unresolved challenge to third parties with whom we have shared or disclosed the information in question. 

  • Right to Data Portability. You may have the right to receive your requested information in a reasonable time and at a minimal or no cost to you, and in a form that is a generally understandable.

x. Principle 10 – Challenging Compliance

You have the right to make inquiries or lodge complaints concerning AirPlay Direct’s compliance with any of the Principles under PIPEDA to the individual identified in Principle 1 – Accountability section above. You may contact them as specified in the Contact Information section below with a reference to “PIPEDA Complaint.” Upon contact, they will inform you of AirPlay Direct’s relevant complaint procedures, including any regulatory handling practices. 

 

b. Commercial Electronic Messages (“CEM”) in Canada

Canada’s Anti-Spam Law Legislation (“CASL”) requires that AirPlay Direct obtain the express consent of Canadian citizens before sending an electronic message such as an email that contains a promotion about our products. We will ask you for your explicit consent when you provide us with your email address or other Personal Information through which we intend to encourage your participation in a commercial activity, such as a promotion for our products.

If you explicitly consent to receiving CEM, each communication sent to you will contain an option to unsubscribe to the communications or to revoke your consent to receive CEM. Alternatively, you can contact us as specified in the Contact Information section to be removed from our mailing lists.
