ANTHONY GERACI RETURNS WITH INSPIRED DELMARK RECORDS DEBUT
ANTHONY GERACI Returns with one of the most inspired recordings of his remarkable career and his Delmark Records debut full-length recording!
A master pianist, composer, and bandleader, Geraci delivers a deeply soulful collection that blends Chicago blues, jazz, soul, and timeless American roots music. Joined by his outstanding touring band and an all-star cast of acclaimed Chicago musicians, he creates a rich and dynamic musical landscape that showcases both his exceptional songwriting and expressive piano playing.
The album also prominently features the remarkable Sheryl Youngblood, whose soulful voice brings warmth, power, and emotional depth to three of Geraci’s songs. Rich in melody, inspired musicianship, and heartfelt storytelling, this new release is a compelling testament to Anthony Geraci’s enduring artistry and a worthy addition to the legendary Delmark catalog.

"WHERE WERE YOU"
Blues / Soul
AirPlayDirect.com/music/AnthonyGeraciWhereWereYouFull
Where Were You inscribes Anthony Geraci into the long and resonant catalogue and chronicle of Delmark Records, as though his name had always awaited its appointed place there, latent among grooves cut decades before his arrival. In Geraci, Delmark encounters not merely an artist of consummate gifts, but a musician whose lineage – musical, spiritual, and historical – converges naturally with the label’s own venerable tradition.
What began, years ago, in Memphis during the Blues Music Awards as a cordial acquaintance between Geraci, Julia A. Miller, and Elbio Barilari, ripened into that rarer form of affinity: friendship tempered by music, and music ennobled by friendship.
Sound Biscuit is a recording studio and independent record label committed to discovering, nurturing, and promoting exceptional talent in Bluegrass, Country, Americana, and Folk music.
With a focus on authenticity, artistic excellence, and innovation, Sound Biscuit supports artists in reaching their full potential while preserving the rich traditions of these genres.
