VAHE is a guitarist and composer. His music is as fascinating as the musician himself. His early musical career started at the age of eleven, when he constructed his first flamenco guitar. At the age of seventeen, he moved to Los Angeles, California where his artistic adventures took him to perform on stage with various artists over many years. This album consolidates a fresh, creative style all in its own, which is captured in instrumental guitar melodies recognizable by all enthusiasts. INSPIRATION AND PASSION is jazz-infused rumba, bossa nova, cha cha and flamenco with a dash of modern world beat. After releasing INSPIRATION in 2007, it quickly became one of the most popular albums in the U.S. and internationally and has received glowing reviews from the press, such as Chill Out Island and Midnight Jazz to name a few. Vahe says. “These days, people think playing the guitar is about playing ten thousand notes as quickly as possible. My music is slower and down-to-earth. For me, the music is about feeling and improvisation that arises from a unique way of life. I create melodies that a simple person can relate to” Recently the album INSPIRATION hit the top 10 charts in British Colombia for International/World Music and currently playing in 30 radio stations internationally.
