Biography
While Mike was developing his musical skills he was inspired to become a singer and songwriter.

He joined Songwriters Association of Washington, Washington Area Music Association, and became a member of BMI.

Mike has performed with some of the hottest progressive jazz and R&B musicians. He has also written and produced songs for other local artist.

He performed at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, DAR Constitution Hall, National Shrine, Howard University's Blackburn Center and Crampton Auditorium.

Mike's songwriting skills have been recognized and received awards from the Billboard Songwriting Contest and the John Lennon Songwriting Contest.
