Biography
Morad Muslimany, renowned as the youngest best musical talent in the Holy Land by several major news agencies, is a 19-year-old music writer, composer, songwriter, guitar player and vocalist.
With passion caught from the atmosphere of Nazareth, the holy and magical city of Christ, Morad spread love between diverse religions through his young-souled music, words and guitar tunes.
More than often his lyrics talk about person experiences that hide within their lines the call to peace, love and charity between any human living in the Holy Land and worldwide.
Morad found the musical talent of his by the help of his parents, who, when he was 6 years old, noticed that the young child had a great musical ear and sincere love of Music that he hears all around him within the vibes of the city, and therefore sent him off to private teachers of Piano, when many other instruments followed later on; Organ, Violin, Oud, Banjo, Classic and Electric Guitar.
With that sort of passion, Morad could not just sit and listen to music. He wanted to created it. Noticing the many issues to be talked about and solved in the area he lives in, he started writing instrumentals that are guitar-and-piano-based that emit the emotions that are felt between the lips of those issues. He caught the attention of the crowd.
With a few tracks in his pocket, Morad contributed for local music events, such as Arab Rock Bands open-stage nights and various café open-stage nights, where he caught even more attention and later on caught the attention of the industry in Tel-Aviv, Be’er Sheva’, Haifa and other major regions of the Holy Land. It did not stop there, and it will not. For –worldwide- audience and peace is a part of his dream, or more as in the –major- part of his dream.
With him learning Computer Science, he wants to take a path where he mixes the knowledge he gains with the music he writes, hoping one day with the help of the soul in music and the mathematics of computers to produce soulful musical vibes, to unite the religions, spread peace and love, and see his major dream come true; “Hand in hand, love and peace, charity and goodness; through Music.”
Morad has finished recently his first album consisting of six individual tracks. The album is called “Battle of Hearts,” and talks about several subjects: Love, Relationships, Dreams, Peace, Self-control and Self-resurrection.
Three of those tracks are instrumentals, while the other three are lyrical. The album will be published within August 2012.
As the album’s “Word from the author [Morad]” section says: “The first step of a thousand miles.”
