Biography

Michael Winthers main weapon - and what he might be most known for - is the guitar.

He has played guitar with many different bands and artists (both rock, pop & acoustic), and he still plays ocassionally with different musicians/bands, both live and for recording purposes.

Lately he has also been involved as advisor/producer and co-writer for others.

In 2010 - for the first time - he decided to start up his own solo project: writing, recording and performing his own songs. The philosophy is clear:

"...just do what you like and do not compromise with yourself ! Do not care about what others might think - what is up in time - or which "box" eventually to be put in by others ! It is all about feeling free - feeling free to feel ! Cause you are what you want to be !"

Michael Winthers debut EP (containing 5 tracks) will be released 30 September 2010 (distributed worldwide).

The #1 single “Politicians Dismissed” from the up-coming EP is a tribute to UNICEF and all the organizations and people around the world who actively challenge the politicians in order to make our world a better place ! The politicians are now dismissed through several radio stations in the UK !
