Teddy Barneycastle and Kyser George of the Bluegrass Today chart-topping popular band GoodFellers have collaborated on a classic Osborne Brothers song, Listening to the Rain.

The track, produced by Wes Easter with sound engineer Adam Haynes, showcases classic bluegrass instrumentation beginning with a driving banjo kick-off played by Tommy Moss and David George on acoustic bass. The vocal track is performed by the lead singer of
GoodFellers, Teddy Barneycastle, along with harmony vocals by bandmate Kyser George and bluegrass artist Jamie Johnson. The recording is true to the power and spirit of the classic Osborne Brothers' style.

Teddy Barnecastle has been a devoted fan of the Osborne Brothers and has always wanted to cover a song in dedication to their music. This version of "Listen to the Rain" is just that - a performance that reflects the tradition of the high-energy bluegrass sound.

GoodFellers continue to appear on the Bluegrass Today Grassicana charts with songs from their latest album, Love Somebody, and continue to tour regionally. You can learn more about their music by visiting http://www.goodfellersband.com.
