Biography

Inferno Crew was formed in August 2008 by three bands in Kroonstad. M-squared, Gale, Dark City 3 were brought together by Mcmnax aka Sobi Morabe to form Inferno.

At the time, Inferno had seven members, Kyller Killuminati aka Phula Makhonanyane, Zeazyman Inzane aka Serame Sehloho

McMnax aka Sobi Morabe, Thabiso Mokoena, John Matuba, Boysana Ntjana and Chyzell aka Mpho Malgas.

The Crew started working on an Album in October 2008, and while in production Boysana left the group due to health problems and the band was left with six members.

In 2010 the album was completed and distributed on the digital stores worldwide, many stores had Inferno band registered with them and our name was going to conflict with the one currently in stores. Malgas Entertainment, label suggested to add “Crew” to Inferno to form Inferno Crew. The album was successfully released.

The sales were slow and some artist felt it was waste of time for them to be with Inferno Crew they decided to quit. John Matuba and

Thabiso Mokoena left the band to pursue other interests. Today Inferno Crew is a four man band, and the direction is moving towards swag. And Malgas Entertainment has a three year contract for digital distribution with European music distributor. The EP is ready for digital release and will be available on the first quarter of the year. The single is now available as a free download at facebook band profile page.
