Biography

Dan and Leon met a few years back when Dan auditioned for a band that Leon and some friends had formed. The band split as many do but Dan and Leon kept in touch. The two went their separate ways musically, joining various bands and working on many projects up until the demise of Dan’s most recent band.

After the success and failure of Dan’s last band he decided it was time for a change so he let his bass have a res and picked up a guitar and began playing and singing. Leon heard news of this and the two met for a jam and instantly clicked, the voices worked well together the styles complimented each other all we had to do was gig and record some music and that takes us to now.
Description
‘Owers’ is essentially Dan Owers and Leon Chan a singer song writing duo from Southampton. Pulling influences from many genres and using the experience both have gained from the many bands they have performed with the two found working together easy. The music has a natural flow, keeping it raw and acoustic the self titled debut e.p is now available.
