Codie Prevost

Biography
Codie Prevost is Canada’s newest country sensation, but he is a small town Saskatchewan boy at heart. Growing up in Archerwill SK, Codie helped his dad on the farm, and showed off his vocal skills at the bar his mom owned. It doesn’t get any more country than singing at the Honky Tonk.

From his first album “The Road Ahead” (released in the 2005), to his third and most successful release “Get Loud” in 2011, Codie has established himself as a star in the Canadian country music scene. Recognized as a 2011 nominee for Rising Star at the Canadian Country Music Awards; Codie has also been honoured with two SCMA “Fans Choice Entertainer of the Year” awards.

His laid back attitude and approachable style make him a crowd pleasing favourite. Having performed from coast to coast at music festivals, live shows, and private events, Codie knows how to read his crowd and put on an unforgettable show. In 2011, he was selected as the Fans Choice to perform during Fan Fest at the Canadian Country Music Awards in Hamilton, with over 5,000 votes.
Coming from small town roots and singing from the heart, Codie Prevost has carved out his place in Canadian country music; and he is ready to create a storm once again with the upcoming release of his fourth album. Hold on to your seats, it’s going to be an amazing ride!
