Biography
The North Greenville University BSU (Baptist Student Union) Bluegrass Band, nicknamed "BSU Grass", was founded in 2013. The band began as a weekly bluegrass jam session in the BSU office. Within a few weeks, the group was asked to lead worship on campus. Today, BSU Grass leads worship at local churches, festivals, and special events across the Southeast US. Their music ranges from traditional hymns, classic Bluegrass tunes, and more recent songs from today's leading Bluegrass artists. Team members are selected on the basis of their personal walk with the Lord, musicianship, heart for Christian service, and their love for bluegrass music.
