Biography

Amber Sweeney is an accomplished singer songwriter with a smokey voice and melodies designed to make a home in your heart. Her pop-blues style keeps her current in today's world of dance hits and power ballads, while paying homage to the foundation of rhythm & blues. It has been said that she rivals both Sheryl Crow and Adele.

Amber has been featured on Kink Fm's Homegrown spotlight & Kumz's Local Roots Radio, and released two EPs in 2013 - The Starting LIne & Christmas Time - both are available on iTunes, Amazon, CD baby and more.

Many of her original songs (Stars, Flying Machine, Maybe, Girl In The Moon) have been featured on two CW network television series, One tree hill & life unexpected, while one half of the duo known as Everly. She is one of few independent artists who has sold over 100,000 digital downloads of her original material via iTunes, CD Baby, and more, and has appeared twice on One tree hill with former band mate, Bethany Joy Lenz.

Along with song writing, Amber is a prolific entertainer and performer. She was chosen to be one of three featured artists in the pilot episode of a new television show called, "Indie Backroads."

Amber is a voting member of the Grammy Foundation (otherwise knows as NARAS), the Songwriters Hall Of Fame, and is affiliated with ASCAP.

Amber is also an advocate to end human trafficking.
