Prepare for the return of the mighty Trashcan Darlings who celebrated their 10 years annivarsary last year with the DVD release "10 Year Of Trash." A critically acclaimed retrospective DVD with clips from some of their tours as well as other concert footage, promo videos and TV spots all inter cut with interviews with the band and most of the ex-members telling their story.

This time they are back with a brand new album and tour! The new album, "Getting Away With Murder," is already recognized as the Trashcan Darlings' finest work to date among those who have heard it and some of the songs have already become live hits in their home country of Norway. The 12 songs that make up the album are largely varied both in tempo and style, but still with that unmistaken Trashcan Darlings' stamp all over it. Great melodies and kick-ass beats together with clever arrangements, cool guitar riffs and nasty lyrics.

The band's guitar player, Chris Damien Doll, says:" This is in many ways our first album. Before when we've gone into a studio we've always had a bunch of songs, picked a few and made a record. This is the first time we've sat down and consciously written a complete album from start to finish and the result is fantastic! We're very proud of it and can't wait to get out on the road and play this to you!"

The photo shoot for the album cover was done in one of Norway's most highly equipped photo studios with 10 wonderfully naked girls. The band didn't wanna rent strippers or any of these glamour model teams that every artist seem to be using now, so they simply asked some of their hottest friends to drop their clothes and almost everyone that was asked said yes. Definitely the band's best photo session and a nice little icing on the cake for the fans too!

Recognized as the true pioneers of European Glamour Punk among their ever increasing number of fans around the world, with records released in Europe, Japan and the USA. But it's really the live shows the band is most famous for. The notorious high energy live shows designed to knock you off your feet. You'll never know exactly what to expect at a Trashcan Darlings concert except that it's gonna be loud, crude, intense and make you throw your fist in the air and sing along the way rock concerts should be... and always will be as long as there is Trashcan Darlings.
