What's so special about Tim James and The Special Guests? For one, on any given record or at any given concert, The Special Guests may unveil a completely different lineup from the last iteration. The heart of the songs will always remain the same, but the delivery takes on a life of it's own, exploring new directions and styles every damn night.

Tim James started this labor of love what feels like a lifetime ago. 11 songs saddled with all the feelings while riding along in the wheelhouse of alt-rock with a hint of folk and a dash of heavy. Lyrical storytelling highlights a web of groove amongst the layers of melody, casting a wide net and drawing in listeners as diverse as their influences. This recording is primed to shine with the vinyl and digital files perfected and polished at the legendary Abbey Road Studios.
