Cooking together Roots-Rock, Blues, Reggae, Funk and Latin Party, Pacha Mamma’s sound is something that could only come out of the alternative surf culture of Byron Bay, Australia. With his powerful voice, Weissenborn and Resonator slide guitars and Cajon drum, frontman Micka (the soul behind the music) hits straight to the heart! His presence on and off the stage is one of a long lost brother or friend who writes and arranges the great songs! Add the latin inspired sounds of eccentric trumpeter and performer Liam "Rasta" Dorney, layered over the rocking funk bass, driven drum section and you have an unreplicable fusion of sounds. These 4 piece world troubadours are considered a supergroup of the independent scene with artists of many well known acts. Their music has been played on air in over 27 countries, and played at the Quicksilver Pro Surf Competitions around the world. Impossible to walk past, it will touch your soul and you'll move too!
