Biography
“Everyone stand up and shout / We’re a progress in the making.”

Wrapped within the soaring anthems, aggressive guitaring, and fierce drumwork lies a single thesis statement, a sign of direction and purpose. Never Say Forever, based out of Youngstown, Ohio, has lived out this lyric time and time again.

Beginning in 2005, founding member Bryan Krohn (Bass) sought to gather a group of proficient musicians for a single purpose: to spread the love of Christ through music, using the platform of a band to portray positive role models. It took two more years, however, for the “progress in the making” to finally come together. A core group of five musicians, including Calla Hierro (Vocals), Matt Swarden (Guitar), Krislyn Wooley (Drums), and Mike Benich (Guitar) fell into place at exactly the right time, with the current lineup in place beginning June of 2007.

Unlike the multitude of bands that play simply to make money or achieve success, the mission of Never Say Forever is quite different. Rather than focusing on financial success or status, the members of NSF act humbly in light of their recent successes. After winning several area Battle of the Bands, being featured on local radio, and receiving numerous sponsorships, each of the members still have time to have personal conversations with each and every fan that attends a show or messages them online.

“We want people to see that we’re normal kids, just like them,” says Krohn. “If we can make a difference in the lives of one or two people a night, through our hope-filled lyrics or organizations that we’re affiliated with (including self-abuse charity “To Write Love on Her Arms”), then our work here is done.”

This progress in the making is far from over. December holds a release of their debut EP “Stand Up and Shout”, available at most major online retailers, including CDBaby.com and iTunes. With an optimistic attitude, Never Say Forever is ready to tackle the challenge of shining their light in an all-too-dark music scene.

"Radio Creds" are votes awarded to artists by radio programmers who have downloaded their music and have been impressed with the artist's professionalism and the audience's response to the new music. Creds help artists advance through the AirPlay Direct community.

Only radio accounts may add a Radio Cred. One week after the track has been downloaded the radio account member will receive an email requesting a Cred for each artist they've downloaded.
