Biography
MOZELY ROSE
From Richmond, Virginia, Mozely Rose has been rockin large, eclectic audiences for more than six years. The bands music is a product of its blues, country, funk, and especially rock-and-roll influences that each member of the band has brought to the table. Seth Penick drives the bands rhythm with a funky-rock groove that could make John Bonham drop a beer; Neal Townsend adds funky, slap bass and orchestrates it with his powerful, harmonic rhythms that would make Victor Wooten jealous; Alan Crist keeps busy on the guitar cranking out vigorous, bluesy riffs that would make Allen Collins jump higher than the Freebird Jump; Matt Nicholls adds to the band soulful lyrics and a stellar guitar sound that reincarnates Stevie Ray Vaughn, God rest his soul.
This is a group of guys that can satisfy any taste of music through its southern, Outlaw Rock style.
