With musical influences that span a gamut of genres, Mannik's compositions deliver an unpredictable yet interesting perspective on modern instrumental and hip hop music.
As a professional drummer/ percussionist, bassist and keyboardist, live instrumentation is a dominant part of many of his songs, which often include original sound effects that set his sound apart from the usual, color-by-numbers formula typically heard in instrumental music.

He wouldn't necessarily call himself a mixing engineer per se, but after being endorsed by one of the most well respected mastering engineers in the music industry, you’d think Mannik is probably just being modest. Earle Holder, co-creator of the critically acclaimed Har-bal visual mastering software, enthusiastically attests to Mannik’s mixing skills. In speaking of Mannik’s first commercial release, Headphone Nectar: Volume 1, Holder declares “What a great instrumental album!
