Jason Davis, originally from Ford, Virginia, is now making his home in Galax, Virginia with his wife Grace and their dog, Hank. Jason’s first gig on the road was at age 14 with Michelle Nixon & Drive. He toured with Blueridge, Grasstowne, Junior Sisk & Rambler’s Choice and The Highland Travelers. Jason has released two incredible solo projects, “Stepping Out” and “Second Time Around.” “Stepping Out” was nominated for the 2009 IBMA Instrumental Album of the Year. Most recently Jason can be found out playing the banjo for the fantastic Dan Tyminski Band.
