Biography

Since becoming united in 2007 by the miracle that is craigslist, INNERTUNE has been dazzling audiences across Southern California with their distinct flavor of jam-infused indie rock. Combining the unique musical talents of Jody Aaron (guitar, vocals), Trevor Lloyd (violin, keys, vocals), Joe Pontius (drums, vocals) and Brian Giesen (bass) INNERTUNE creates unique sonic soundscapes with frequent nods to notable influences such as Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews, Dvorák, Toto and the Beatles.

INNERTUNE and it's members have been featured performers at live music institutions across the country including The Knitting Factory (NYC), B.B. King's (Los Angeles, CA), The Tabernacle (Atlanta, GA), House of Blues (Anaheim, CA), Belly Up Tavern (Solano Beach, CA), Blue Cafe (Orange County, CA), Disneyland (Happiest Place on Earth), Earth Day San Diego, Brian's garage (Long Beach, CA) and in the hearts and souls of legions of fans, friends and family members across the globe. INNERTUNE songs have been heard on MTV's "Made", CNN, and several independent films. Songs have received international awards and recognition within the industry contests such as VH-1 Song of the Year (Finalist), CNN International Talent Contest (Grand Prize Winner), and Garageband.com's "Track of the Day".
