Biography
Bob was the singer of a local rock band back in the sixties called "Neon Rainbow". He worked as a rock dee-jay (known back in the day as "Governor George") at a radio station in Arizona. It wasn't until Key West, Florida where he worked as a Country dee-jay (because the rock station wasn't hiring) that he got back to his family roots; which was bluegrass and country. He started writing country songs and played several small venues as a solo act in bars around he Clarksville-Nashville, Tennessee area.
Too much partying and living for the wrong reasons caused an eventual 28 year break in the music business. During which he was a carpenter for a while, sold Porsches and owned a furniture store. Finally, in 2003, Bob began living for the Lord again and began to get more and more involved in the church and caring for the needs of others. The Lord called he and his wife, Nancy, to become Volunteers to work in Waveland, Mississippi at Camp Gulfside as coordinators of the rebuilding efforts there. It was during this period that God gave back Bob's talent for writing. "Praise the Lord!!" is what Bob has to say about that and says, "I only have this ability as a gift from the Father who is kind to us all, we need only to seek him, he is truly there for our every need."
