Hailing from Toronto, Canada is the street oriented rap duo GC AKA Ghetto Concept. Comprised of Kwajo Cinqo and Dolo this duo is the next wave of street savvy hip hop triple threats wearing multiple hats as business men, artists, and producers. The duo are set to bring a fresh new sound to the global masses. Like a well-oiled machine Kwajo Cinqo and Dolo along with their business partner Shadow Boxer have launched G7 Records The Future of Music. In the first quarter of 2006 G7 will digitally release GCs new album tentativly titled The Rule of 7". The first singles from the album are Uh Huh and What If. The focus of G7 is for every product released to encompass independent thinking with a major label presentation. In doing so G7 is strategically positioning themselves to be the most dominant label to embody popular culture. This is why G7 lives by the theory we are not in the game were in the business. Hip hop is one of the leading musical genres in the world, G7 is fledging to solidify their position in both business and production. Kwajo Cinqo is an experienced hard working music producer he has produced for many hip hop heavyweights in Canada and the US, as well he scored music for various projects in Hollywood. Dolo has been crowed by many as one of the top 5 lyricist in hip hop, he is also an accomplished songwriter. GC are a major part of hip hops super elite with a unique combination of intensity and precision, driving the group to what they believe is their best effort to date. In short GC has arrived musically and spiritually! And what a journey it has been. From there earliest days growing up in the West end Toronto projects (Rexdale & Jungle), they have always faced any adversity by soaring atop with an undeniable voice. Now, with their best album yet, GC straddles both the business and Hip Hop world.
