This Australian singer-songwriters rich vocals and gift for storytelling is a common bridge between country and folk. Bob Pigott combines the mellow sounds of vocals, guitar, and piano with story telling about everyday living, warts and all. This adaptability was a hallmark of the acclaimed debut EP Working Mans Dream, which rocketed Bob onto the Australian country music scene in 2003. The award winning Auntie Bonnie has a pure, homespun quality that showcases Bobs gift for discovering the heart of a song and producing lyrics that sound like words we could hear ourselves speaking. His second award winning tune, Back Verandah, is a simple song about a man with simple needs.

Bob has performed all over Australia, from Nimbin to Sunbury, and Bob's new album, Central Avenue, released in March 2006, features a number of live tracks, which continue to have audiences smiling and laughing at all his gigs.
