Blair Hebert
Biography
Blair Hebert is a Canadian, singer songwriter living in Vancouver BC.

He is acknowledged by both fans and peers as a solid performer, gifted songwriter and an accomplished guitarist with a strong melodic voice.
His charm on stage is his ability to make you feel like you are in his home. In 2006 Blair self produced his first full length songwriters CD titled KNOW drawing on songs he has performed for years as a solo acoustic act. Using many of Vancouver's finest musicians, the CD is an eclectic groove driven compilation with tasty B3 organ and Latin percussion throughout, oh yes and accordion too.

Onstage, Blair is best known as a local Jazz artist in Vancouver who fronts a five piece combo The Swinging Detectives since 1998. He is currently in studio writing and recording a swing CD to be released in 2007. A collection of original and brilliant forgotten tunes, performed with the same positive vibe as Louis Jordan, Slim Gailard, Satchmo and Louis Prima. Blair still continues to perform his acoustic songs on small to medium stages and open mics around Vancouver. Check him out when you are in town.
