While most rap artist assimilate themselves into hip hop’s current condition and others choose to fight
its superficial image till they’re no longer a factor, here is an artist that naturally tightropes the line between both. Big Bully is a package that will in time transcend the current state of hip hop music. With his “I could care less” attitude combined with his unparalleled writing talent, Bully uses hip hop as a platform to show off his ever apparent Bravado. He’s a party boy that has just enough uniqueness toseparate himself from the masses while still being significant to them, in other words, a top notch artist.He’s endorsed by some of Atlanta’s biggest heavyweights in the entertainment industry, Such as Big Dino (Metro Boyz Entertainment) and DJ Bobby Black (Superfriends). He is also featured on some of the nation’s hottest mixtapes, such as DJ 31 Degreez Georgia Bulldogs volume 10, Vladtv.com Unsigned Starz vol 1, and Big Mike 1st Quarter Pressure Pt 4. An abusive and drug infested childhood took Bully to all parts of U.S. Having lived in eight different states, under thirteen different households Bully learned
to be a survivor in life’s abstract jungle. With an uncanny ability wit words, Bully started to separate
himself from his classmates as a standout writer. At the age of thirteen he was taking in by a foster
family whom was musical inclined. The experience with the performing family inspired Bully to turn his
poems and short stories into raps and start performing himself. By the age of twenty Bully moved to Atlanta, GA to further pursue his dreams of becoming a rap artist. But the streets of Atlanta swallowed him up and he soon became a fixture in the city’s ever consuming drug scene. A near death experience finally helped Bully to open his eyes and refocus on his musical career. He hooked up with Champ, one of Atlanta’s hottest up and coming producers and Fizzle, an advisor and the three of them formed Three Headed Monster Entertainment. After recording a track with Southside Queens own Dink Dinero, Bully joined Dink’s Teamstrizz crew. They would later release the hood classic “Hood Anthem” mixtape. Since then Bully has used to buzz to sign a recording deal with Worldwide Records. Under the guidance of his manager Joel Bryant the long time music executive, Bully is stream rolling his way to the top of the rap game! With his highly anticipated “Go Bully” mixtape set to be released by Thanksgiving 2009 and his untitled solo album attentively set for a February 2010 release, Bully is ready to show the world just how phenomenal of a talent he is.
