Pinecastle Records is excited to reveal that Bluegrass singer/songwriter Ashleigh Graham has officially signed with the label. To commemorate the announcement, the Knoxville, TN based artist just released her debut national single, “Bless Your Little Heart.” The track was produced by Stephen Burwell (of Authentic Unlimited) and is available now for download and/or streaming platforms.

“Bless Your Little Heart” is a fun, upbeat tune that was self-penned by Graham. It’s cleverly written and filled with southern euphemisms. She also assembled an all-star cast of musicians playing on the single including Burwell, Eli Johnston, John Meador and Kameron Keller. The song builds throughout, with Ashleigh’s powerhouse vocals driving the track. The cut serves as her first release to the national Bluegrass scene. The songstress is also in the studio wrapping up on a brand new EP, which is coming later this year via Pinecastle Records.

“‘Bless Your Little Heart’ was just an idea on a blank page in my song book. It had been there at least a couple of years without any lyrics. I had heard that saying so many times from people who loved to gossip,” says Graham. “In 2020, I wanted to write a fun song that would make me and my audience laugh, so I leafed through my book and found the empty page. In 2021, I finally finished it by developing the melody and adding the chorus. There are about 5 extra verses of fun that can be enjoyed during live performances.”

Music has always been a constant companion for Graham throughout her life. During her youth and teenage years, she performed at festivals regionally in the southeast United States. At the age of 15, she dropped her very first Bluegrass album, It’s Easy To Forget. Following the project, she started a family with the dream of one day returning to music. The road would eventually lead her back into the industry with an Inspirational Gospel project released in 2020 featuring the single, “When The Rain Falls.”
