Biography
Kevin and Kimberly Gullickson, a husband and wife musical team, have had a vision for serving Christ through music and the arts for many years. Together they have been writing contemporary Christian Praise and Worship songs under the name 2EDGE. Their music style has developed through influences such as Hillsong and Third Day.

For years, Kevin pursued a career in the music industry, releasing independent records along the way. His work spans over 25 years with his first release of a 4-song EP in 1981, which received local press coverage and radio play in his hometown of Rochester, MN. In 1982, he followed up with a single which received radio play in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. In 1984, Kevin traveled throughout Europe to develop his own sound and style which he later developed with a band in 1986, which was an instant success in the Minneapolis/St Paul club scene. Later in 1987, Kevin moved to New York City to further pursue his music. It was at this time that he met Kimberly, who would later become his wife and musical partner. During the course of these years, Kevin had been contacted by 5 major record companies and 3 Grammy Award winning producers, expressing interest in his music.

In 1990, Kevin and Kimberly moved to Minnesota and continued to develop their music. Kimberly remained active, singing with a women’s trio and ministering through their music at local churches, prisons, and other outreach ministries. Kevin served as worship leader at their local church.

In 2000, Kevin released a CD entitled Freedom, under the name Radio Drive. Two songs from this CD made the Top 10 charts on a popular independent music site Broadjam. These two songs remained there for several weeks among thousands of song entries.

For the past 7 years, Kevin and Kimberly have been an active part of their local church’s Praise & Worship Band. In addition, they serve with their musical talents at a local men’s homeless shelter and women’s prison ministry.

In October 2005, Kevin and Kimberly’s vision of recording a CD was realized. They released their debut CD as 2EDGE entitled “The Promised Land” featuring nine original contemporary praise and worship songs. From the first month of release, the CD was favorably received. In the following months songs from “The Promised Land” received radio play on over 65 Christian radio stations throughout the US and internationally.

April 2007 2EDGE released their second CD entitled “The Path” featuring 12 original praise and worship songs. As with their first CD, Kevin plays all the instruments, together with Kimberly, they sing both melody and harmonies. Songs have been shared on radio in the USA, Canada and online throughout the world.

September 2007 2EDGE went on their first national ministry tour to Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. They had the honor of ministering at churches, radio stations and a Christian Coffee House.

With increased interest in their music, 2EDGE revised several of their songs and in April 2008, released them on a CD specially for radio play and online downloads.

The vision for 2EDGE is to encourage and bring the body of Christ into the presence of God through praise and worship of Him. Their desire is to bring the music and message into all the nations around the world.
