Biography
Leland Harding III has been playing and singing for over 25 years. Country music has always been in his blood. In 1998 he traveled to Nashville, where at the Blue Bird Cafe his country roots were sparked. This led to Leland Recording his debut album "Turn To Me". Turn to Me had great success on FM stations and Web Stations across the U.S., as well as, Singles with Top 10 hits on the ECMA. Leland's Love of Classical Traditional Country led him to form his group "Family Tradition" in 2006. He enjoys playing with his father Skip Harding and Mother Rita Harding. His father traveled in the 60's and 70's with "The Herold White Show", where he played many national shows and backed up such artists as: Waylon Jennings and Charlie Pride. His mother was on Tennessee Records and recorded the Response to "Don't be Angry", which was "I won't be angry". Leland has done shows with Jim Ed Brown, Jett Williams, Helen Cornelius, Little David Wilkins, Wade Jackson, Sherwin Linton and many more. He travels doing shows as a 4-piece and a 5-piece band. He is currently in the studio working on a Country Gospel Album. Leland and his Mother and Father have been recently honored by being inducted into the South Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame and Legends of South Dakota Country Music.
