Biography

Born In Nampa, Idaho Oct 14 1953, son of a farmer who later became a minister. Raised in southwest Idaho. Was deeply influenced by Country & Western music / Rock N Roll / Gospel.
Began songwriting in 1970 with Rock, then after "getting saved" switched to Gospel music.
In 1978, released the album "Jesus, You're A Real Friend To Me", Recorded at Master Productions studio in Cozad Ne & Produced by Wayne Fisher.(recieved nomial airplay) Was on 33 1/3 lp, 8 Track & cassette.
In 1979, released the single "Don't You Think It's Time" / "You're Everything To Me" followed by the album on which both were issued "Going Home", also receiving airplay. This album also contained the winner of the "1979 Idaho Gospel Song Festival": LIFE MEANS MORE & recorded in Vancouver Washington at Ripcord Studios.
Then after backsliding into the world of alchohol & bars in 1982 began writing country songs. And in 1988 released the single "Roll On 18 Wheels" / "Not Singing Blues - Blues" along with the album it was from "Backside", released on cassette, recorded in Nashville TN at Gene Breeden Studios.
In 1989 was reunited with the Lord Jesus Christ and began preaching the word. But in 1991, exhausted & confused & empty , so resigned the pastorship of the church and in a state of discouragement recorded the vocal track for what would become the "Dreams" album at a small studio in Idaho falls, Id, after winning 4 hours of studio time in a songwriting contest sponsored by the Idaho Songwriters Assoc. That album was finally finished at Gene Breeden Studios and released in 2007. A Country album.
Finally, broken and bruised, once again the Lord put me back into His work. Now pastoring a small flock in Ola Idaho. And God moved to allow another Gospel album titled "In Jesus Name", released in November 2011.
