Biography
Chester Kreitzer
Love of rock n' roll called Chester to the guitar when he was but eight years old. In the years that followed, Chester's passion for the guitar helped him to become a solid rhythm guitar player with All4Hym. Blessed with a sense of humor and a real air of sincerity, some say that Chester has become the glue that holds the band together through thick n' thin.
In addition to plenty of fine guitar playing, fans of All4Hym are treated to Chester's incomparable singing voice. His voice smoothly sliding from note to note, Chester enjoys singing harmony with the band as well as tackling the unique challenges and responsibilities that come with singing lead.
Terri Kreitzer
Most All4Hym songs feature Terri as lead vocalist. Having grown up singing in choir, talent shows and at weddings, Terri's says that she was strongly influenced by the singing styles of Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt and Julie Andrews.
Terri is also a songwriter and closet bass player. She has a 1936 King Mortone Bass that she loves to bow (in what was, until now, a secret.)
"I've been a big fan for several years now, totally mesmerized by Terri’s sweet angelic vocals."Dave Higgs, NPR Radio
Cory Kreitzer
has been playing mandolin since he was just 14 years old. Opportunity knocked for young Cory when his mentor, Mark Comer, left All4Hym in order to care for his young family. What pressure young Cory must have felt when, one day when All4Hym was opening for "Doyle Lawson," Cory found himself on stage playing with the band!
Cory has been inspired by such wonderful musicians as Wayne Benson of IIIrd Tyme Out and Adam Stefy. His voice, rich and reminiscent of Keith Whitley, can be enjoyed more often now that Cory has begun to share the lead vocals position with the band.
Cory, along with his wife and children, Tucker, Amanda Lynn, and Anabelle Lee make their home in Shenandoah Farms, VA. Son Tucker is a future picker while daughter Amanda Lynn marvels all with her wonderful singing voice and Anabelle Lee (Peanut) is still taking it all in.
Dan Murphy
bass sets the beat for the band. Deep sounds must come naturally to Dan because he also sings bass vocals! Dan, who has been playing bass since he was 15-years old, also enjoys playing a variety of other instruments.
Dan and his lovely wife, Lisa, have one son, Jonathan, who is making his mark playing lead guitar in 'Hometown Heroes,' a local rock band. In addition to guitar, Jonathan also plays bass, drums, and keyboard (whew!.)
Dan and Lisa have one daughter, Catie Jane. The family makes its home in Front Royal, Virginia.
Aaron Murphy
A multi-faceted musician, Aaron, along with his brother and All4Hym band member, Dan, acquired their love of music from their father. Indeed, they began learning to play guitar at the tender age of six. It's often said by folks that Aaron, who considers his talent a gift from God, plays with the smooth picking style and intricate melodies reminiscent of Chet Atkins.
Aaron plays lead guitar and dobro. He also works the sound mixer for the band. He and his wife, Patty, make their home in Culpeper, VA. You can find Patty helping the band with music sales during their performances. The couple's son, Andrew, is an accomplished percussionist who, from time to time, also plays with All4Hym. Andrew and his wife Lindsey make their home in Culpeper, VA.
Troy Stangle
Troy plays banjo and dobro with All4Hym. A true musician, Troy has been playing music since the tender age of ten. An accomplished musician who has a real talent for tackling the musical roles that help bring the out the best in a song, Troy helps to give a polished sound to every piece of music he plays. Before All4Hym, Troy played for the Nickel Misery Band.
Troy and his wife, GG, make their home in Boonsboro, MD. The couple have three sons: Dale, Josh, and Aaron.
