Biography

SPAREchange creates an energetic blend of pop, rock, funk, and soul music. Combining the groove of Maroon 5, the energy of No Doubt, and the vocal melodies of Kelly Clarkson, this group of young, intelligent musicians creates a sound that bridges all ages and cultures but all judgments aside, they're Rock Soul.

Their music rocks and comes from the soul. Between the complex vocal harmonies, ripping guitar, and solid drum and bass grooves, SPAREchange will blow you away with the style, musicianship, and heart they put into their music. Once you hear it, you’ll know why they call it Rock Soul.

SPAREchange is destined to follow in the footsteps of other Atlanta music icons such as OutKast, John Mayer, REM, who brought a new style to their genre through their creativity and refusal to follow current industry trends. It is only a matter of time before the world will need some SPAREchange in order to experience the next evolution in music. They are the future of Popular Music. Positive. This band has been turning a lot of heads lately. Their video of “Rollercoaster” was shown on Nickelodeon, people heard their songs in rotation through Movie Tunes (broadcast in over 3,000 movie theaters,) “Rollercoaster” featured in the indie film “The Last Adam”, their single “Destiny” topped the national chart at Broadjam, and “Gimme” debuted on Billboard’s Hot Single Hot 100 Singles chart. Their upcoming CD is being written or co-written entirely by SPAREchange with assistance of “Q” their musical director. It showcases the group’s strengths as songwriters and musicians.
