This album, the third of their seven classic releases on Rebel, is known as the home of their best known recording, the 5 1/2 minute tour-de-force "Rider."
Act 3 contains excellent music and a few gems in “Muddy Water,” Merle Haggard's “Sing Me Back Home,” “Another Lonesome Day” and John Duffey's wonderful vocals on “Little Georgia Rose” and “Heaven.” This is another essential contemporary bluegrass recording.
