Pennsylvania native, Kortney Jean may have "Never Been to LA", but that doesn't keep this Mount Pleasant country singer from moving onward and upward.

With her latest CD release, "Never Been to LA", Kortney Jean is more excited than ever about her music and is "Ready to Spread Her Wings". Her 12 track CD is available for download at Amazon.com and many other soon to be announced locations. The fourth release from this talented singer is the one she is most excited about. "I am older now and really ready to work hard to forge a career in the music industry" says Kortney. "Singing has always been the center of my life…and I believe it always will be." With the guidance of talented people such as David Walker, writer and producer, Kortney has her eyes set on the stars.

Kortney has been no stranger to the stage. She has been a local celebrity since the age of 6 when she began performing publicly. First in church, then the area's largest fairs, festivals and benefits. Her singing drive lead her to Nashville, TN where she had the opportunities to perform at some of the greatest Nashville establishments like Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, The Stage on Broadway, the Willy Nelson Museum, Opry Mills and The Basement to name a few. Her music has been played on thousands of independent radio stations around the world and has had Top 40 status abroad. She performs live with her band, The Kortney Jean Band and spends her spare time playing guitar, riding horses and writing songs - a new adventure for her.
