Biography

Katelyn Ingardia is a founding member and currently touring member of the band, Backline. After 8 years of being a active member of the Bluegrass Community, she has stepped out to release a solo project of all new original material. Seven tracks are from her personal catalog and others will be from co-write sessions she has been apart of.

"Getaway" is the first single released from Ingardia's solo project to radio and streaming platforms worldwide. The song carries a high energy musically, yet is soft and dreamy lyrically. It is a love song comparing the greatest escape to be, not a grand vacation, but time spent with the person they love.

"Leave It To Jesus" is a Gospel co-write from Breedlove & Ingardia. It is one of the two Gospel songs from the upcoming solo project. The simplicity of the instrumentation is a nod to the traditional guitar/mandolin duets of old. It is a hope that the message if this tune will shine through.
