The more you get to know Gary the more you will see that the cowboy image is the real deal, not just a get up. He rides, ropes, hunts and also works construction. A true outdoorsman that just happens to sing rather well.

Gary was raised on a farm just outside the small town of Harrisburg Missouri. The first fans he ever sang to was the hogs. “Hey, they never booed.” - "Singing was always a form of entertaining myself, at the time I never thought anyone else would be entertained by it."

For Gary, being on stage the first time was a little intense to say the least. When he finished singing, the crowd cheered. “It was one of the best feelings I have ever experienced.” He knew then that he wanted to pursue music as a career. “Life is too short, and I didn't want to leave this world without at least trying my hand at entertaining."

In 2008 Gary was a finalist in the Colgate Country Showdown in Colorado and was signed by Lariat Records soon after. "The Showdown has been a fun event to be involved with and I truly enjoyed the experience.”

Since then, Gary has assembled an amazing group of musicians and put together an outstanding show which has garnered rave reviews and is building a record of success.
