This is the first of four albums and two compilations of modern bluegrass by Chris Jones released on Rebel. Although he sings with a low, rich voice that seems at first more suited to country, this album proves that Jones and his backing band the Night Drivers have a place in bluegrass, combining instrumental chops with great songwriting and a smooth sound that is sure to appeal to listeners. Highlights of this album include "Stream of Love," "Only My Heart," and the title track.
