Biography
Singer, songwriter Brett Clark has been involved with music in one way or another since he was a young boy. Growing up singing with the jukebox to Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Glen Campbell and many others in the tavern where he grew up, was where it all started. Although "Wichita Lineman" was his favorite song as a boy, he grew to admire the great Merle Haggard. Brett is a self taught drummer and guitarist from the age of 12. After drumming with a band in the early 90s, Brett decided to pick back up the guitar and start writing. After several songs were written over the years, Brett decided to start moving forward with his music. Now, Nashville producer and Epic Recording Artist Phil Lister, with the band Dixiana, recently got a hold of Brett's Music and has forwarded it on to Angela Cheney of Vision Music Group in association with Warner Chappell Music. Brett recorded his single "Canvas Walls" with VMG and Red Horse Records in Nashville. A music video of "Tequila Run" was also released with Music Row Video. Brett's music is currently on radio stations throughout Europe, New Zealand, Sweden, Japan, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Australia, Norway, Denmark, France, and Texas. Thanks to all the DJs, Angie, and everyone for listening.
