Morning Glory Music is delighted to release the brand new, all gospel project from Alan Bibey & Grasstowne. Gonna Rise & Shine has already been a huge success with its first two singles, “Gonna Rise & Shine” and “When Jesus Swings The Wrecking Ball” topping the charts for several weeks. Alan and his band know how to make incredible music. With this project, they tapped into their bluegrass roots to bring listeners a top-notch entirely gospel project to enjoy.

This album features the talents of Alan Bibey with lead vocals and mandolin, Zak McLamb on bass, Laura Orshaw with vocals and fiddle, Tony Watt with guitar and vocals, Ron Stewart special guest on guitar and Justin Jenkins providing the banjo.

Alan Bibey & Grasstowne is a band comprised of very well respected veterans of bluegrass music as well the finest young musicians in the genre. This combination together makes Grasstowne one of the hottest and most energetic bands touring today! The band’s first two projects “The Road Headin’ Home” and “The Other Side of Towne” went to #1 and #2 respectively on the National Bluegrass Charts. "The Road Headin’ Home" remained at #1 for three months and also won the 2008 “Album of the Year” award. Their project “Kickin’ Up Dust” hit in the top 5 on the singles and album chart. The band's album “Alan Bibey & Grasstowne 4″ yielded two huge chart hits, ”This Old Guitar and Me” and “Cold Dark Ground.”
