This is another one of Tony’s inspired by his Father’s life and death. He used say the most important things in life are modesty, honesty, and if you say you’re going to do something, you do it. He wrote this song while watching the tides change on the Puget Sound. His father would have been disgusted by the current political climate based on said principles, and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. We recorded the tune standing around two ribbon mics in Arlington, WA the next day.
