Wolfpen Branch is a new band comprised of several familiar faces in the emerging Bluegrass music scene. Awarded "Best Bluegrass" by Appalachian Arts & Entertainment, 2022, the high energy, Kentucky-made bluegrass quintet is a force to be reckoned with. Wolfpen Branch combines the regions most powerful singers and number-one songwriters, with a raucous instrumental approach that serves their songs up with a heaping helping of groove.
Recognized as a band to watch in 2021 by the Lexington Herald Leader, members Arthur Hancock, Chris Shouse, Aaron Bibelhauser, Roddy Puckett, and Jeff Guernsey, have created a fresh, new unified voice, representing their Kentucky roots and forward-leaning sensibilities. The ensemble is made up of founding members of Kentucky's own 23 String Band, The Wooks, and Relic, as well as boasting tour experience with Grand Old Opry stars Vince Gill and Steve Wariner.
