Finding New Ground is written by Byron Holbrook of Blaze, KY. He wrote the song while deer hunting with his father. After traveling a long distance, Byron had commented on the beautiful scenery. His father said, "we're finding new ground. The song is the title cut from WLMB's 2024 Album Finding New Ground

The song depicts a drifter traveling from place to place. He used a lot of transportation such as Greyhound & Freight Trains. He also went as far to walk anywhere if he couldn't find a ride. Byron wrote a great tune for sure!
