I recorded these tracks I think in 1975 at CRC or Paragon Studios in Chicago along with 20 or 30 songs I had written back then. I just ran from one song right into the other without stopping. Many of them ended up on my Solo Flight album.

This song is basically a chance to grab a Pina Colada, sit under a palm tree and enjoy life.
