This is the big question to inspire contemplation about some essential ideas. The line "protects me from myself" also appears in "Cool Fragrant Breeze (Truth). The concept really expresses something profound for me. We are our worst enemy and if we need protection from anything, it's from ourselves. As an example, there is something in our lives called; "Worry." It is said that the greatest trick the universe of God has played on the human race is that it was given the ability to worry.

On that subject I went to see Jesse Colin Young (Come on people now, smile on your brother) and he is 80 now and he looked so old as he got on stage. By the time he got off the stage he looked 40 years younger. Everyone noticed. I asked him what he attributed this too. And he said something to the effect; "Music is no only about love." And then he added; "What were we so worried about?" LOL! Wow!
