Biography
Toni has powerful bluesy voice and has been compared to Janis Joplin, Melissa Ethridge, Adele and Stevie Nicks. Every song comes straight from the heart and she states "singing is like breathing, I need it to live." She has been singing for as long as she can remember, and she has never wanted to do anything else. Music is her passion and there is nothing she loves more.

Toni O has teamed up with 4 of the best musicians in the area to create a blues/rock sound that keeps the audience dancing night after night. Toni O has quickly gained a name as one of the most soulful, bluesy and versatile singers around.

Toni started studying voice in 7th grade and continued on to college where she received a full paid scholarship to study music. Toni eventually decided she would rather play rock n roll than sing opera or classical and got her degree in Art from Belhaven College. She continued studying voice however and had numerous bands throughout the years.

She grew up watching her dad play music and started recording commercials in her teens. Toni has recorded songs for country and bluegrass artist such as Razzy Bailey and Ferrell Stowe, and has opened for such bands as The Drifter's and Keith Urban and has been writing songs since she was 12. Toni's first album was in 1999 with her band 7th day. She currently has 2 new albums out, one solo album on the TMG label, entitled Why (available on itunes), and one with her band (Toni O and Wheelhouse), entitled Don't Stop Believing.

"Radio Creds" are votes awarded to artists by radio programmers who have downloaded their music and have been impressed with the artist's professionalism and the audience's response to the new music. Creds help artists advance through the AirPlay Direct community.

Only radio accounts may add a Radio Cred. One week after the track has been downloaded the radio account member will receive an email requesting a Cred for each artist they've downloaded.
