All the Things You Do

The in's and out's of daily life for a husband and a wife
Are tougher than other folks may realize
Getting everyone out of bed, making sure the kids get fed
While trying not to loose your head
Off to work and off to school, working hard 'til the day is through
Doesn't leave much time for me an you

So at the end of every day, in case I forget to say

Doing laundry and sweeping floor and all the other household chores
Makes you want to run right out the door
But we press on and get it done, I know it ain't a lot of fun
But we appreciate all you do for everyone
Always willing to lend your help, never a moment to yourself
Always giving them all to someone else
