Our dream is to spread our passion to you....emotionally packaged in a rock format.


THE REWARD is a group of people from Sweden sharing one common passion. To write and perform, with lots of feelings and emotions...the best rock music they can muster.

The core of THE REWARD consists of Mikael Gunnerås and Mikael Olsson together with female singer Ida Johansson.
Their powerful sound can be described as modern rock in the genre where we find groups like Nickelback and 3 doors down.
Ida's incredibly versatile and expressionful voice sets this band in a league of their own and she's well supported by a solid foundation of experienced musicians.

Other frequent members of THE REWARD are guitarists Mattias "Matte" Andersson, Christoffer "Toffe" Gustafsson and Bass player Joakim "Hagge" Larson. All with experience from many years "On the Road", in different bands and working in the studio.
