Biography
The Marshalls, an inspirational vocal group based in Iowa, recently released their 6th recording, “Sing Hallelujah!”, a nostalgic Big Band project with accomplished producers Jonathan Martin, Peter Eldridge, and Chris McDonald. Martin, Gaither Homecoming artist with The Martins, has earned multiple Dove Awards and a Grammy nomination, and Eldridge is a member of the multi-Grammy Award winning New York Voices. The instrumentals were arranged and produced by Grammy Award-nominee, Chris McDonald, who shared these thoughts: “I had such a great time working on this project- the song selection is unique and wonderful, and The Marshalls are such a fresh and talented group, as well as a special family. Please check out this album, it is timeless, fun, and you will love it!” The Marshalls’ discography includes uplifting music with contemporary, country, and jazz flavors.
The trio keeps an active schedule singing concerts and worship services throughout the Midwest. Recent appearances include the Midwest Quartet Convention, the Twin Cities Quartet Convention, the Cedar Falls Bible Conference, and the Holy Week Prayer Service for the Iowa National Guard, as well as appearing in concert with The Booth Brothers, Jonathan Martin, Brian Free and Assurance, and Palmetto State Quartet. They have also shared the platform with such notable speakers as Dr. Lloyd Ogilvie, former chaplain of the United States Senate, who commented, “God has given you a great gift. Thank you for allowing Him to use you so effectively.”
